We collect the personal data you provide to us, such as the company’s name, the first and last name of the contact person in the structure, the company’s postal address, the company’s email address as well as the contact person’s email address and telephone number.

When you place an order by email, fax or EDI, we collect information about your order such as the products purchased, date, quantity and other information necessary for our employees to enter an order.

We collect the data mentioned above for different purposes of use, such as when signing a business contract. This data will only be used as long as it respects the formal reason: to maintain a commercial relationship with Sud Industrie Service partners.

In addition, when you browse our website and decide to contact us through the “Contact” section – in a hiring or commercial reason – we collect the necessary data such as the person’s name, first name, company’s name, country, email and telephone number.

We keep all this data for the legally permitted period of time related to the purposes for which it was collected, and store it in our internal database.

Sensitive data are not searched by this site or requested by Sud Industrie Service when making contact. Sensitive data includes data relating to: race or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or related beliefs, mental or physical health. If you provide sensitive data, by giving it you explicitly consent to its use for the purposes for which it was given.

2.1 The use of data

We use the personal data we collect for purely commercial and contractual purposes (see point 1.1 of this paragraph).

We use your personal data to respond to requests, questions or comments you have made, in order to manage business operations.

We use the data we collect for internal business purposes such as generating statistics.

We will never share your data with third parties outside Sud Industrie Service, without your prior consent, unless required or permitted by law, and with the exception of our service providers (in particular logistics) or successors in title to our company.

We work with carefully selected service providers who manage certain services on behalf of your company, such as order delivery, hosting and website development.

You can request information about your data processed by Sud Industrie Service. If your data is modified, you can request a correction of the data.

A deletion of your personal data may be necessary:
